    How to measure: For the most accurate fit, measure yourself in your underwear. Use a soft measuring tape and keep it snug but not tight. For chest measurements, measure around the fullest part of your bust. For waist, measure around the narrowest part. For hips, measure around the fullest part. For sports bras, measure your underbust directly under your bust where the band sits.

    Pre & Postnatal vs Maternity Leggings: What's the difference?

    Great question! The pre & postnatal offer mild compression, they are super high waisted and have a dropped waistband seam so no uncomfortable stitching digging into your bump just gentle support like a bump hug. These are ideal for MOST pregnancies, I personally wore them up to 40weeks.

    The maternity leggings have a different material at the top and are the epitome of comfort, they will stretch with the largest of bumps and have been tried and tested by twin bumps with a 5 star result. So from here its just up to you what your preference would be, gentle hug or pure comfort.
