    How to measure: For the most accurate fit, measure yourself in your underwear. Use a soft measuring tape and keep it snug but not tight. For chest measurements, measure around the fullest part of your bust. For waist, measure around the narrowest part. For hips, measure around the fullest part. For sports bras, measure your underbust directly under your bust where the band sits.

    With the simple interlocking design, the mats are easily assembled, portable and lightweight for convenient mobility. The 1m x 1m mats come in 20mm and 40mm thicknesses, are dual coloured (Grey/Black or Blue/Red) and can be reversed for variation or used to create bespoke zones.
