This product is Bespoke / Made-to-Order, manufactured specifically to your individual requirements. Due to the custom nature of this product, it is exempt from standard distance selling cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. By placing an order, you agree to the following:

1. Order Confirmation & Production: Once your order is placed and payment confirmed, manufacturing begins immediately. The order cannot be amended, cancelled or refunded.

2. Returns & Refunds: We cannot accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is proven to be faulty, damaged in transit or not manufactured to the agreed specification.

3. Faulty or Damaged Goods: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will repair or replace in line with your statutory rights.

4. Payment & Chargeback Policy: Initiating a chargeback on the basis of a change of mind is not a valid ground for dispute on a bespoke item. We reserve the right to contest any such claim.
