Science In Sport Hydro vegan hydration tablets, berry flavour plus electrolytes, contain just the right amount of scientifically researched clinical doses of all your body's essential electrolytes to ensure you can go further for longer by dramatically reducing fatigue from electrolyte imbalances. Hydro meets your sodium requirement at a specific concentration (30 mmol/Litre) that is scientifically proven to produce superior hydration compared to water alone. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians, these hydration tablets are high in B vitamins and gluten-free. They have natural flavours, zero sugar and are ideal for any athlete, gym-goer, or health-conscious person. Simply drop a tablet into water for effective hydration, with virtually no calories, before and during sports. Drop in 500ml water, let it dissolve, then drink.

Directions

Add one SiS GO Hydro tablet (4.5g) to 500ml of water and let it dissolve. Once prepared consume within 24 hours. SiS GO Hydro should be used as part of a balanced diet and healthy life style. It is not intended as a weight loss product.
