1. Returns

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, items must be returned within 30 days of receipt. The items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

Color and Appearance Disclaimer: Please note that while we aim to represent our products accurately, colors may vary slightly due to individual screen settings, lighting, and photography. Minor colour variations do not qualify as defects; however, if you believe the color differs significantly from the item shown on our website, please contact us at support@gymbumuk.com.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including sale items, gift cards, and any personalized or customized products.

Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@gymbumuk.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.


2. Refunds

If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we offer refunds in the form of store credit. This gives you the flexibility to select another product from our extensive range.

Store Credit: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a store credit will be issued within 7–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items: Please note that certain items are non-refundable, including sale items, gift cards, and any personalized products.


3. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for store credit and place a new order.


4. Shipping

Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, which is non-refundable.

Lost or Damaged Returns: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. GymBumUK.com is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.


5. Damaged, Incorrect, or Color-Issue Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at support@gymbumuk.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or issue store credit once the item is returned.

If you feel the colour of your item is significantly different from the product shown online, please send us a photo of the received product for review. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
