For chest measurements, measure around the fullest part of your bust. For waist, measure around the narrowest part. For hips, measure around the fullest part. For sports bras, measure your underbust directly under your bust where the band sits.

    How to use CERBERUS Figure 8's

    Place your wrist through one of the loops and pass the second loop underneath the bar. Feed your wrist through the second loop, securing the bar in place. Grip the bar and the strap securely before performing your lift. For more specific direction we recommend seeking the advice of a fitness professional.
