WHAT SIZE DO I NEED?

CERBERUS Nasal Strips come in two sizes to give you the best fit and performance:

S/M – 5.5 cm long
Ideal for smaller or narrower noses.
L/XL – 6.5 cm long
Best for larger or wider nose bridges.

Not sure?

If you're between sizes, go with L/XL for training or sleep — the extra length offers a stronger hold and more lift.

Both sizes are made with the same adhesive and flexible backing, so you’ll get a secure, comfortable fit either way.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

Clean & Dry: Ensure the skin on your nose is clean and dry.
Position: Align the strip across the bridge of your nose.
Apply: Press down firmly to secure.
Breathe: Experience the difference in airflow immediately.
