The CERBERUS Throwing Bag incorporates the same technology as our 2nd Generation Dual-Ply Sandbags as well as our 11 years of sandbag manufacturing experience. They are built to LAST and withstand HIGH IMPACT!

Each bag has a built-in liner bag for added durability and convenience. A double sealing system means no need for any extra liners, tape or cable ties. Closed with a quality YKK zip and sealed with our unique Velcro strap for maximum hold and a secure, leak-free seal. The handle has been developed to provide maximum grip as well as benefit from the hygienic properties of silicone.

The CERBERUS Throwing Bag has been specifically designed for throwing but is also an excellent all round training tool. You can replace a lot of the movements that you would use a kettlebell for with one of our Throwing Sandbags. Awesome for 2 handed /1 handed Kettlebell swings, Kettlebell Goblet Squats, Snatch, Clean & Press, Turkish Get Up and much more! They are a versatile addition to any Gym, Functional Training Box or Home Gym setup!

How to fill your CERBERUS Throwing Bag

1. Open out your Sandbag & open the inner bag.
2. Fill your Sandbag until your bag is full and packed tight, we suggest coarse sand. Please note that the loadable weight of the bag depends on the density and size of the media being used. Certain media may cause the overall weight of the bag to be greater than or less than the projected weight capacity.
3. Seal the inner bag hook & loop fastening, roll down and press down and seal again against the inner hook & loop material.
4. Push the inner seal inside, shut the zip and close over the external strap.

Please note: Our sandbags are heavy duty and able to withstand throws and drops, but they are not designed to be slammed.
